• Lead all CAPEX projects from initial planning through execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budget constraints, and timeline requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to oversee project milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation
• Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize CAPEX allocations, providing real-time project updates to stakeholders and ensuring project goals align with strategic objectives

• Oversee all logistics functions: Distribution, Fleet, FG Warehousing, Drink Equipment, and Inventory Management.
• Optimize logistics infrastructure for capacity, service levels, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
• Manage Cost to Supply (CTS) and Customer Delivery Operations (CDO) OPEX to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Drive productivity by tracking logistics performance metrics and efficiency improvements.
• Lead inventory management to reduce Out of Stock (OOS) incidents and optimize stock levels.
• Enhance employee engagement and workforce capability for high performance.
• Monitor key logistics KPIs (DIFOT, Inventory Days, Demand Variability) to improve service levels.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce APMK and CO2 emissions.
• Ensure compliance through regular audits of logistics and inventory standards.
• Oversee CDO activities, ensuring SLA adherence for service quality and customer satisfaction.
