During my time volunteering with Next Step, an organization focused on preparing graduates for the workforce, I served in the first year on the career development team. Currently, I hold the position of deputy for the Next Step project. Through my involvement, I have gained valuable skills in project management, leadership, and communication. Additionally, I have enhanced my ability to mentor and support graduates, helping them develop the skills necessary for successful careers. This experience has strengthened my problem-solving and teamwork capabilities.

• During my internship at Safwa Islamic Bank, I gained hands-on experience in customer service. I developed skills in handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing financial advice in accordance with Islamic banking principles. My role involved assisting clients with services such as opening accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This experience enhanced my communication and problem-solving abilities, preparing me for a career in the financial sector.
