Passionate Teacher provides students with exceptional learning opportunities and support of educational endeavors. Skilled implementer of diverse instruction methods for cultivating fruitful learning environment for all. Positively motivates students with individual guidance and empathetic mentorship.
A few years ago, I taught English to Grade 9 students at an international school, working with both the American and British programs. This role required me to balance two distinct curricula—Common Core for the American program, which emphasized analytical writing and critical thinking, and IGCSE for the British program, which focused on literary analysis and structured responses. Adapting my teaching strategies to meet these different requirements was rewarding.
Although it was a short period due to having to leave the country for personal reasons, it was definitely an experience that shaped my teaching approach and deepened my appreciation for international education.
