1. Developing a framework for managing projects through documenting processes and procedures and the necessary tools for analysis and applying them to ensure the adoption of project management in accordance with the best practices (PMI standards).
2. Receiving requests regarding initiating a project and obtaining the all the necessary approvals.
3. Following up on all projects in coordination with project managers, evaluating, controlling projects, managing the priorities among them, following up on the progress and percentages of achievement in terms of efficiency and time and achieving the desired goals of these projects in accordance with the approved project management framework.

6. Supervising building up Data Center to collect, classify, analyze and store the necessary data for current and previous projects, in addition to collecting and archiving lessons learned from all completed projects and sharing them with other departments.
