1. Developing a framework for managing projects through documenting processes and procedures and the necessary tools for analysis and applying them to ensure the adoption of project management in accordance with the best practices (PMI standards).

2. Receiving requests regarding initiating a project and obtaining the all the necessary approvals.

Following up on all projects in coordination with project managers, evaluating, controlling projects, managing the priorities among them, following up on the progress and percentages of achievement in terms of efficiency and time and achieving the desired goals of these projects in accordance with the approved project management framework.

4. Coordinating with project managers to get feedback on progress, achievement and utilization of resources allocated to the approved plans for the project.
