Hobbies and Interests

I enjoy my work and have a good set of skills organizing team work and using my hands. I have good interaction skills and I like the challenge that comes with the responsibilities of being a leader within a good working team. I’m good at teaching and looking after co-workers. I am excellent at managing people, materials and jobs when given a time scale. I also have an excellent understanding of how an industrial area operates & I feel it would be beneficial for you to place me in the leader position within your business. I have helped introduce safe, lean ways of work, with timely certification to help us get to hit production rates Being acknowledged by the site Lead. Personally, I have always looked to improve upon a working process, where I see or feel is possible. As an individual, where in my control only, I have never left a job unfinished or a problem unresolved. Being a particularly driven individual that I am. I enjoy working as part of a close team and working alone. Communication is a key skill, as I like to work with clarity alongside my team senior/managers instruction. When working with customers I use a professional yet personally individual tone, with the company’s best interests in mind at all times. Admittedly my weak point can be caring too much when problems cannot be resolved & working alongside unmotivated individuals has proven to displease me in the past. My Clifton strengths are – Restorative – Responsibility – Individualization – Learner – Belief.
