• Design and produce the industrial components with CNC milling Machines.
• Searching for the most affordable manufacturing techniques and methods base on Armenia industrial possibilities and market.
• Installing the CNC milling machine`s operators production program and afterward monitoring the implementation. Scheduling regular meetings with operators to find the appropriate and reasonable producing plan.
• Scheduling for CNC machines repairing and maintenance program.
• Searching the best machining tools providers such as end mills, drills, cooling liquid.
• Provide PPE for machine operators.

• Farazgaman is an Iranian company that produce CNC machines. I had the chance to be part of machines manufacturing projects as a CNC operators.
• Started as an intern and became CNC machinist after 6 months.
• Gaining knowledge and experience in CNC machine tools, raw materials and thermal operations, assembling, casting, forging and finishing .
• Working in big projects was good opportunity to get to know about different technology and manufacturing techniques .

• HSE department start collecting employees medical data and base on that information purchase right office furniture to avoid further costs, Also presented right sitting posture.
