Micro tunneling, Trenchless technology, Pipe jacking, Auger boring, and Horizontal directional drilling projects using tunnel boring machines (MTBM), earth pressure balance shield (EPB), open face and slurry machines, with track records of managing complex and multiple underground projects simultaneously, involving estimating, engineering, technical, supervision, construction, coordinating, installation, Inspection, testing and handing over for drainage, sewerage, water projects.
My experience includes the construction of more than 550 deep shafts with a depth of up to 70 meters, and a diameter of up to 14 meters using concrete caissons, shotcrete, precast segments, secant piles, diaphragm walls, and sheet piles. Providing the required dewatering methods at water table areas. Conducting and analyzing all required geotechnical reports.
Gained wide experience in both contracting and consultant companies through a long record of successful and numerous projects in Qatar, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, which includes pipe diameters ranging from 300mm to 3500mm, using all kinds of pipes mainly Concrete reinforced pipes (RCP), GRP concrete encased pipes, Polymer pipes, reinforced fiberglass pipes, ductile iron pipes HDPE pipes, steel pipes.

• Responsible for all micro-tunneling aspects.
• Review and assist the TL for approval of design of trunk mains and sewer network using any trenchless methods.
.Review the civil engineering components of the detailed designs and drawings for permanent and temporary works, and approvals for microtunnel trenchless design.
• Conducting geotechnical survey involves testing the soil consistency and structure, groundwater level, and making technical recommendations based on the results. Making sure that Boreholes are drilled at the site and samples are taken from the ground and analyzed in a lab.
• Evaluating the geotechnical reports to exarmine the soil composition, strength, and other properties to determine the suitability method of excavation, dewatering, retaining walls, and other structural elements and soil treatments if needed.
• Identifying geohazards (such as floods, and landslides) and developing strategies to mitigate their impact on construction projects.
• Review and approvals of geotechnical solutions, designs and execution methods proposed by the contractors of trunk mains.
• Emphasizing safe construction practices (Own Zero) and maintaining a high quality of construction. Lead by example in driving safe practices on site.
• Assisting the RE in monitoring the progress of the construction of the Works against the Program, and taking steps to ensure compliance with the Program
• Assisting the RE in the management of Inspectors for the supervision and monitoring of the execution and compliance of the Works.
• Assisting the RE in reporting on progress, safety, finance, quality, delay, and changes for the construction aspects of the Works.
• Orient, assign, and supervise the construction inspection staff daily, so that all contractor activities are adequately covered.
• Ensuring that the project quality control procedures are implemented for the supervision aspects of the Works and continually monitoring these procedures for possible improvements.
•Cooperating with audits required by the Contract and PIL’s internal systems.
• Contributing to the review of the Contractor’s design submissions for safety and buildability.
• Evaluating and adapting construction management and control techniques, procedures, and criteria to suit job tasks, and devising and implementing solutions to problems encountered.
• Ensuring that the team of Inspectors effectively identify, manage, and report project risks.
• Reviewing the Inspector’s daily reports preparing the Site's Daily Report, and generally overseeing the Inspector’s daily activities including work assignments, on-site performance, and guiding the supervision of the Contractor’s operations.
