Currently serving as Executive Director of RuralCoop Support Foundation, an entity founded by Farm Credit Armenia UCO CC, a leading financial institution in the agricultural sector. I work closely with FCA to drive rural development, focusing on strategic planning, donor engagement, and fostering local and international partnerships.
• Supporting the development, integration, and execution of profitable and
effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that
will drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell efforts
• Delivering the IBE revenue and online penetration targets set for each
financial year as determined by HQ Commercial
• Supporting the sales team in the development of target-oriented campaigns
based on customer segmentation and market intelligence
• Ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of budget utilization, preparing
reports that improve understanding and effectiveness of spend
• Cooperating with QR European team members and implementing projects
for Eastern Europe countries
• Supporting the sourcing and day-to-day management of external suppliers
and agencies for various projects such as advertising campaigns, events
management
• Event Management of the company's 10th-anniversary ceremony, hosting
international delegations & ambassadors
• Handling Public Relations and Communications with the media
• Developing & executing the anniversary promotional campaign, designing
and overseeing promotional materials including both printed and digital
• Grand Opening Ceremony Event Management (attended by the President of
RA)
• Market research and launch strategy development
• Product and price strategy development
• Annual marketing and sales plan-budgeting development and execution
• Execution of marketing promotional campaigns as defined in the annual
plan
• Handling PR & Communications with the media
• Trade relationship establishment (travel agencies)
