  • Monitoring project expenditures (through financial monitoring) and disbursements to ensure delivery is in line with approved project budgets and to realize targeted delivery levels in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Analyzing factors affecting the achievement of results recommending corrective actions and following up on recommendations.
  • Evaluating project and programme activities by establishing and implementing mechanisms to systematically assess the achievement of results, conducting field visits, participating in review meetings and evaluation missions and preparing regular inputs to status and progress reports.
  • Writing donors' proposals, and preparing donor reports both financial and narrative.
  • Accelerating and coordinating project implementation through establishing collaborative relationships with implementing partners, donors, government counterparts and other UN agencies.

  • Maintaining UNHCR corporate systems (COMPASS, Cloud ERP, PROMS, MSPR) for UNHCR Armenia annual project planning, budgeting, implementation, reporting and financing.
