• During the work on the last project more than 15 features were developed from scratch (working out the requirements, architecture, communication with analysts) to the full output in production. Several thousand users are currently using developments, I am proud to be part of these.
• A solution was also proposed and developed to optimise the existing synchronous service to an asynchronous implementation using event-driven design, which improved the user experience and speeding up the application.
• Due to the fact that development on the last project was very fast paced, I had the opportunity to become a champion in fixing a lot of bugs and incidents (over 100+ tickets were closed) including several critical and complex incidents in production with minimal solution delivery time.
• Mentored 3 junior engineers to bring them up to speed on projects, resulting in quicker overall completion milestones.
