I designed and delivered an ERP toolset platform over 2 years of active development. All updates were driven strictly by business logic, which supported the platform’s natural microservices growth and kept large rollbacks to a minimum by reducing the need for wide rework and redundant code cleanups. The product went through 5 major releases with phased rollouts and testing.

Negotiated and secured B2B agreements with international organizations end-to-end, from initial outreach to terms alignment and partnership kickoff. In parallel, implemented an online recruitment approach for IT specialists by building and managing a candidate pipeline (sourcing, pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer/contract alignment) to staff teams based on required skills and timelines.
