• Led a dynamic team in building new standards and solutions for the web3 era, particularly for DeFi on the Bahamut (EVM, Layer 1) blockchain.
• Developed and managed a detailed product roadmap for all DeFi products, guiding the process from initial concept to launch, while aligning the product strategy with the co-founder's vision and current lending and staking trends.
• Coordinated the planning and rollout of new DeFi products, features/updates, collaborating closely with the co-founder, developers, designers and marketing team to ensure alignment on both pre-launch and post-launch activities.

As a Product Owner of DECA (Blockchain Gaming), I am responsible for:

• Owning and leading the product development by seeing through the 12-month product roadmap and ensuring the PRDs and related documents are up to date.
• Working closely with gaming providers in-house and external for in-depth research and implementation of the core game logic to blockchain.
• Working closely with Sales, Legal and Marketing to ensure the provision of a high-quality blockchain casino with the required features coming from the partners.
• Managing the blockchain casino's back-office systems by preparing a full and functional PRD for the back-office system.
• Thinking through the optimization of the customer journey across all the customer touchpoints.
• Coordinating and executing new game launches on our blockchain casino coming from in-house gaming providers.
• Actively conducting competitive analysis based on the market growth of decentralization.
• Conducting product demos for partners and interested parties (internal stakeholders).

• Creating competitive product platforms/websites for various projects by working with development/design team and tech leads to communicate the vision and the requirements
• Responsible for the setup of JIRA software within technical team taking into consideration existing working processes and criteria
• Working together with internal teams and 3 parties to ensure smooth project implementation
• Leading a team of 7 people to maintain affiliate platform by finding/implementing new ways for reaching out to new affiliate partners also by maintaining online media campaigns/platforms
