• Graduation Project: "Improving Flow of Material Using Facility Layout Optimization: A Case Study", 03/2023, 05/2023: A number of layout-related issues were encountered during a visit to Dimitri's coffee factory, these issues affect the flow of materials, decrease the effectiveness of the production line, and result in waste that lowers the company's production capacity. Results showed an improvement in the layout, increasing ability to compete in the market, which ultimately reflects on increasing the degree of customer satisfaction.
