  • Collaborate with the legal department: Coordinate with the legal department to ensure that the amounts are recovered legally and in accordance with the company's internal regulations and policies in cases of recovery from individuals (personal recourse)
  • Review refund claims: Study and analyze recovery claims, and ensure that they comply with the terms and conditions of the insurance policies and applicable laws
  • Analyze data and statistics: Analyze financial and statistical data related to the recoveries department to identify patterns and opportunities to improve the efficiency of recovery processes and ensure compliance with best practices
  • Prepare periodic reports: Prepare periodic financial and administrative reports for senior management, related to the volume of refunds collected, and the overall performance of the department, highlighting any issues or challenges that may affect the workflow
  • Manage relationships with companies: Communicate with other companies to resolve vehicle recovery issues and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and transparency
  • Prepare and implement internal policies: Develop recovery policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective workflow, and ensure that these policies are fully implemented
